(WHAS11) -- A Louisville YPAS graduate is the main voice of 50 Shades of Grey.

Becca Battoe was on "Great Day Live" Friday to talk about lending her voice to the 50 Shades of Grey audio book.

Battoe is the voice of Anastasia Steele in the audio book.

In the book written by E.L. James, Steele is a young woman swept off her feet by the wealthy Christian Grey.

Battoe went to college in Northern Kentucky and moved to L.A. right after finishing school.  Battoe said she worked with Random House publishing before and author E.L. James selected her voice out of a big pool.
