LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- You won't be seeing the commercials for attorneys Winters, Yonker and Kannady anytime soon here in Louisville.
“The Courier Journal” reports the law firm’s ads have been pulled in Kentucky and in Florida.
William Winters and Marc Yonker who are licensed attorneys in Florida have been suspended for misconduct by the Florida Supreme Court.
The court says they were too aggressive when they stole clients from their former boss and then started their own law firm.
“The Courier Jounal” reports the firm is banned from seeking new business or advertising in Florida during their suspensions.
To be safe, they've also pulled their ads here in Louisville.
