Ky. rapper not indicted on felony charges

 (WHAS11)—A Grand Jury has decided not to indict on felony charges for a Kentucky rapper.

R Prophet, whose real name is Kenneth Anthony, was a member of the rap group Nappy Roots. Anthony was not indicted on felony assault charges on a state trooper in Hardin County.

Anthony was indicted on several misdemeanor offenses.

Police said Anthony got out of hand earlier in the year when when his driver got pulled over and was charged with a DUI. Police said they had to tase Anthony several times.

Anthony claims he did nothing wrong.
