LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Kosair Children's Hospital has received a huge donation from their biggest supporter to help more sick kids in the community.
On Tuesday, Kosair Charities presented the hospital with a check for $6+ million.
The money will be used to buy equipment for operating rooms, the radiology department and the emergency department.
It will also help ensure no child in this region will go without medical care, regardless of their family's ability to pay.
