(WHAS11) - April is Animal Cruelty Prevention month and unfortunately, there have been several cases in Kentuckiana in recent months.
One of those cases is Aiden, the dog found shot by an arrow.
Aiden now has a new home, and the Shamrock Pet Foundation is using his story to help prevent other cases of abuse.
