If your New Year resolution is to lose weight we may have found a utensil that could give you a hand.

The Hapifork is designed to track how quickly you're eating, since speed eating can contribute to weight gain. The fork measures the intervals between bites - bringing the fork from your plate and to your mouth, the servings taken per minute, and how long you take to eat each serving.

When you eat too fast, the fork vibrates.

The Hapifork is set to hit the market in March.
