Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - Americans United for the Separation of Church and State is urging the state to deny tax incentives for Noah's Ark theme park in northern Kentucky.

The Courier-Journal reports the group wrote a letter to Governor Steve Beshear, saying the parent group of the park, Answers in Genesis, requires job applicants to agree with its Christian statement of faith.

If approved, the park, which is due to open in 2016, could receive more than $18 million in tax rebates over ten years.
