LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Owners of the former Colgate Plant in Clarksville could soon begin facing fines because of storm water overflow issues.
The Clarksville Town Council has given the go-ahead to threaten the Boston Development Group with fines.
The city wants them to install new sewer lines in about two weeks or face a fine of up to $2,500 a day. Colgate moved out of the property in 2007 and the building sat empty for several years.
