WAYNESVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- The family of a Waynesville, Indiana murder victim is breathing sighs of relief after formal charges were filed against the suspected killer.
Police charged 56-year-old Samuel Sallee in the May 11 murders of four people in Bartholomew County, Indiana.
Sallee was jailed soon after the shootings of Katheryn Burton, Thomas Smith, Aaron Cross and Shawn Burton in a home in Waynesville.
Charges were filed on Friday.
Shawn Burton shared a daughter with Misti Lee, who spoke with WHAS11.
