Discussion: After a bitterly cold morning, even with a bright sun temperatures will struggle to barely top the freezing mark today. The new week finds another system on our door step. Clouds on the increase Monday afternoon with light snow overnight into Tuesday morning, becoming all rain. Any accumulation will be less than an inch and will be gone by noon. The weather should not cause problems for any plans Valentine’s evening. After a dry Wednesday another system brings rain showers on Thursday, with dry conditions heading into the weekend.
