(WHAS11)  Franklin, Shelby, Woodford and Anderson Counties are out of power, possibly due to a blown transformer.
Police officers directing traffic on the scene told LEX 18 there is a downed powerline at Highway 60 and 421 possibly caused by a blown transformer, but that has not yet been confirmed.

Frankfort Plant Board customers are affected.

Frankfort Emergency Management Director, Darren Rambo, called the station to update this information.
