(WHAS11) -- A donkey found freedom in Indianapolis during the snow storm earlier this week. Sadie the donkey broke free from her owner's yard and eluded three animal control officers.
She was found wandering around in a park on Indianapolis' northwest side after the blizzard Wednesday. Her owner had to use his roping skills to catch Sadie.
The owner gave her up after that incident. Sadie now has a new family and new home in a pasture just outside of the city.
