LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- After a year and two months in business, the owner of this sushi restaurant gave up several weeks ago.
Owner tells me his customers complained about the road diet construction, which is now complicated by the added traffic of drivers seeking alternate routes.
But this restaurant was already struggling. And the metro councilwoman behind this project says don't blame the road diet.
