LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A rally marked Black History Month by honoring the late Reverend Louis Coleman and the work of the Justice Resource Center.
The ceremony took place downtown at the Mazzoli Federal Building on Wednesday and urged lawmakers to "stop the war on the poor."
The event was sponsored by Occupy Louisville and the Justice Resource Center.
