(WHAS11) -- One store owner in Australia is charging customers to enter her business.

The owner of a gluten-free store says she is trying to stop "showrooming" where people come in, get information from her, then buy the same product online or at another store for less.

Anyone who walks into the store must pay a cover charge of $5.

The owner says she does not see anything wrong with the new policy. The story has received a lot of negative feedback online.

The $5 entrance fee will be deducted from the bill when a customer makes a purchase.
