SEYMOUR, Ind. (WHAS11) – A Southern Indiana man who pleaded guilty after a deadly crash in Dec. 2012 is talking to WHAS11.

Brooke Hawn, 16, was killed, when the car she was riding in drove into the White River.

Tyler Ross of Jackson County, Ind. was charged with reckless homicide at the time of the crash in Dec. 2012, he received a plea deal on Tuesday, Dec. 18, on amended charges.
