LEESBURG - A nine-year-old Virginia girl with an inoperable brain tumor is getting her wish to see Paris. Because the Make-A-Wish Foundation made her dream come true, she wanted to do her part for other children facing life-threatening illnesses.
Gabriella Miller has worked through social media sites to get letters sent to Santa through Macy's department stores. The store donated $1.00 for each card sent to Santa through store mailboxes.
The fourth grader from Leesburg was on had as Macy's gave a check for nearly a quarter-of-a-million dollars.
