Getting older doesn’t necessarily mean putting away the pom-poms, just ask those who take part in the Annual Senior Cheer Competition in Yokohama, Japan.

This year, eight teams hit the stage for a three-minute routine.
Women must be at least 49 years old to participate.  You may not be able to tell by the moves, but the average age was 62 and the oldest cheerleader was 75 years old!
