CLARKSVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- More trouble for the long time adult business, Theatair X, in Clarksville, Indiana.
Police say they followed up on a complaint of code violations Tuesday afternoon and also ended up citing a man for indecent exposure. Police said the man was found exposing himself in one of the theaters.
They escorted the building inspector through the business and also found 11 holes in the walls that connected private viewing booths. Police said the holes can lead to lewd behavior between the occupants.
For every day the holes aren’t fixed the business could face a fine of up to $2500 each day.
