LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The Kentucky Derby Festival is adding a new event in 2013; it’s a craft beer showcase.
BeerFest is set for Wednesday, May 1 inside Fest-a-Ville on the Waterfront. Kentuckiana breweries will offer samples of their different craft beers.
BBC, New Albanian, Cumberland and Falls City are just some of the local breweries taking part.
Tickets are $35 and include beer tastings and a sampling mug.
