2 injured after domestic dispute causes traffic accident
12:13 AM EST on Monday, November 10, 2008
(WHAS11) -It had all the looks of a serious injury car wreck near Fairdale on Sunday. One victim was actually taken by helicopter to the hospital.
But police say the two people found injured outside the car had not been injured in the accident.
Instead, police say a domestic dispute led to the traffic accident on Bearcamp Road, south of the Gene Snyder.
Just after three p.m., officers responded to the scene where a man and a woman were found outside their wrecked vehicle.
Police say their injuries, which appear to be non life-threatening, were consistent with domestic assault rather than from the minor accident.
Metro Police detectives are investigating.
