Woman hit and killed at Kroger Distribution Center
(WHAS11) - An early morning accident in eastern Jefferson County has left a woman dead.
The victim has been identified as 68-year-old Henri “Hank” Poulsen from Elizabethtown.
She died from multiple injuries sustained in the accident. She had driven for over 35 years for Summit Trucklines
It happened Tuesday morning at the Kroger Distribution Center at 2000 Nelson Miller Parkway.
Louisville Metro Police are investigating this as an industrial accident.
Police say no criminal charges will be filed.
