Local teens call for peace with charity basketball game

Put the guns down and pick the basketballs up. That's the message several young men in our community want to spread this weekend with a charity basketball game and event.

Jaden Grant, Kamron Cuff and Gary Trowel are the organizers of "Shooting for Peace", a charity basketball game that's meant to help curve the violence in our Louisville community. The "Shooting for Peace" charity basketball game will be held December 23rd, 2017 from 5:00PM until 9:00PM at the Chestnut St. YMCA. Tickets are $10 for adults 13 years-old and up, kids 12 and under are just $5 and kids under six-years-old are free.
