LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)—Cardinal football coach Bobby Petrino is opening the team’s first week of practice to fans.
Petrino announced on Wednesday that fans will be able to go to the first week of practices between Aug. 5 and Aug. 9. He also announced an open scrimmage on Aug. 16 at 9 a.m.
Following the scrimmage will be the 2014 Fan Day at 3 p.m.
During the practices on Aug. 5 through Aug. 8, Petrino will have the newcomers and select veterans practicing at 8:50 a.m. and then the veterans will practice starting at 4:20 p.m. Both are open for fans.
Practice for Saturday, Aug. 9 will be held at 3 p.m.
