LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- It's a city divided as the game of the year gets closer.
Kentuckiana sports bars and restaurants scored big Friday afternoon as fans from both sides of the court crowded in to support their favorite teams.
"I root for both of them on all the other games, but this game, I'm a Louisville fan," Linda Leaser, a Louisville native, said.

It was a "house of Cards" at the Hall of Fame Cafe in Louisville.
"This whole table is nothing but Hugo fans." -- No divided house here?-- "No, I try not to hang out with UK fans," David Johnson said.
Across the river, more than a hundred Cats fans flooded Bearno's Pizza.
"The rivalry is fierce," Chris Richardson said. "It's great. I've got my boys here with me. Two Cat fans and a Cards fan. So tomorrow, it's going to be a divided house for sure."
Richardson's son was the one man dressed in red.
"It's all in good fun. I'm having a good time here with my Kentucky fans," Simon Ebelhar said.
UK fans packed into the Jeffersonville pizza shop as radio host Matt Jones went live with Kentucky Sports Radio. They hoped to win big with a two ticket giveaway.
"I want to win those tickets, so I'm hoping I'm there," Louise Barrett, a UK fan, said.
Fans are betting on the outcome before the players hit the court.
"I think we'll win by six, that's my prediction," Ebelhar, a UofL fan, said.
"I think it's going to come down to the last minutes. I think foul trouble could get UofL in trouble, but I think we'll pull it out by three points," Johnson, UofL fan, said.
"I wouldn't be surprised if Louisville won by 10, if Kentucky won by 10. It's up in the air," Jones said.
