Thunder over Louisville is just nine days away!
Thursday night you can get a sneak peek at some of the aircraft you'll see flying high above the Ohio River and even meet with the pilots.
It's the McDonald's Thunder Funder preview party.
A portion of all 32-ounce drinks sold at McDonald’s helps support Thunder.
The party gets started at 5 p.m. at Bowman Field.
You can also meet with Zambelli Fireworks to learn more about how fireworks work and the type you'll see at Thunder.
If you can't wait to get your hands on some of the derby festival food, you can see a sneak peek of some of that as well.
Thunder is coming up Saturday, April 16.
