The411 with Sherlene Shanklin: Penny Chenery, owner of Triple Crown Winner Secretariat is in Louisville tonight. Chenery along with Ron Turcotte will be at the J. Higgins Gallery located on Herr Lane in the Westport Village Shopping Center. The event is to celebrate the life and career of Turcotte, Chenery and her amazing horse. The gallery will be filled with arts and artifacts of Secretariat. The event is from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
