The411 with Sherlene Shanklin: Tonight, R&B and Funk music fans will head down to the Kentucky Derby Rhythmfest concert to see the " Atomic Dog" himself George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelic. The concert will be held at Kroger's Fest-a-Ville on the Waterfront in downtown Louisville. Admission is free with a 2012 Pegasus Pin. The concert begins at 9:00 p.m.
