The411 with Sherlene Shanklin: Fourth Street Live is kicking off Derby "Pygmies" style. The Velcro Pygmies will perform Wednesday, May 3rd. The 80's rock band have released six albums. If you have never heard them perform before critics compare them to Van Halen, Bon Jovi and Poison. The free concert begins at 8:00 p.m. in downtown Louisville. You must be 21 and over to attend the concert.
