LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS)--Eddie Merlot's bartender Joe Riggs was on the Backside with Andy and Rachel Tuesday morning to share his winning Bloody Mary recipe.
Riggs competed against 15 other area restaurants in Derby Festival's annual Finlandia Best Bloody Mary Contest.
WHAS11's Andy Treinen and Reed Yadon were two of the judges for the contest and Andy said he believes the best recipe won.
