(WHAS11) -- A Franklin County judge has ruled that suspended jockey Robby Albarado can ride again.
The judge granted a restraining order that prevents the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission from enforcing Albarado's suspension.
The veteran jockey was suspended after his Oaks Day arrest on an assault charge. Albarado has not been able to ride in other states that honored Kentucky's riding ban.
Albarado is third on the all-time wins list at Churchill Downs. His trial on the assault charges is set for July.
