Churchill Downs is expected to make an announcement Tuesday about plans for night racing during the Spring Meet. This comes after Churchill Downs said it will install permanant lighting at the racetrack.
The announcent will be made during a press conference beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Churchill Downs.
