The question now, who is going to be the Cards' next coach?

The rumors are flying and a lot of names are being thrown out there.

Only Athletic Director Tom Jurich knows who he's really pursuing.  He's not sharing it publicly.  Charlie Strong, defensive coordinator at the University of Florida, seems to be the hot name and a strong candidate.

Even at last Friday’s season finale one fan had his own sign urging Jurich to go and get strong as the next coach here.  So, who is this Charlie Strong?

He's in his eighth season as the defensive coordinator.  Florida leads the nation in total defense giving up just 233 yards per game.  They've also only given up 11 touchdowns all year.

Another "hot name" is Kevin Sumlin.  He's in his second season as the head coach at the University of Houston.

They lead the country in total offense with 583 yards per game.  They also lead the country in scoring at 44.9 points per game.  His Cougars have finished the regular season at 10-2.
