LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Rick Pitino and the Louisville basketball team are in Miami Friday night, Dec. 20, ahead of Saturday's game against Florida International.

The team announced that freshman forward Agoy Agau has been suspended from the team indefinitely.
Louisville is not saying what Agua did to get suspended indefinitely but it doesn't appear to be too serious.

Agau has appeared in seven games this season for the Cards scoring two points and grabbing seven rebounds.

The Cards are currently in Miami where they'll face Florida International Saturday, Dec. 20.

A week ago Rick Pitino was talking about Agoy and Anton Gill's lack of playing time. Pitino's comments were promising for Agoy's future.

Remember the Cards will be down in Miami a few days after the Florida International game and then it's home for Christmas so it may be a few days before there is an Agau status update.

The university did not comment on why Agau was suspended.
