The Louisville Cardinals basketball team first regular season game won't be a cake walk.

They're facing a huge challenge against Arkansas and they don't have home court advantage either.

Coach Rick Pitino says this isn't your ordinary opener. No the Cards take on Arkansas from the SEC coached by former UK player John Pelphrey.

The Pitino coaching tree stretches far with 24 former players or assistant coaches going on to be head coaches. Pelphrey is in his third year at Arkansas but before Arkansas he was coach at South Alabama.

That's where he and Pitino first squared off on the hardwood. The Cards beat the Jaguars by 11 back in 2002.

Now the two friends square off again but Coach Pitino says there isn't any added motivation going against a friend.
