(WHAS11)- Three local teams are gearing up for the sweet 16 battle.
For the Louisville Cardinals they are getting ready to take on the Michigan State Spartans in Phoenix on Thursday. This is a rematch of sorts for the Cards after a 2009 loss in the tournament to Michigan State.
The Hoosiers and Cats are also ready to get their game on but not until Friday in Atlanta, Ga.
