LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- According to a new poll, Wildcat fans greatly outnumber Cardinal fans in Kentucky.
The group called 'Public Policy Polling' surveyed more than 1200 registered Kentucky voters through automated phone interviews last week.
Their research shows Kentucky fans outnumber Louisville fans 66 percent to 17 percent.
Researchers called it one of the most lopsided rivalries they've ever polled.
When it came to the coaches, John Calipari had a favorability rating of 49 percent, slightly better than Rick Pitino's at 44 percent.
