(WHAS11 Political Blog) -- Indiana Congressman Todd Young picks Indiana to win the NCAA Championship in his 2013 NCAA bracket but denies top seed Louisville, which borders his congressional district, from making it to the Elite Eight.
Young's Final Four has only one 1 seed advancing to the Final Four, Indiana. The other three teams in his Final Four are Michigan, Duke and New Mexico.
Young's bracket advances Indianapolis' Butler University to an Elite Eight match-up against the Hoosiers.
South Bend's Notre Dame University is picked to win only its opening game. Valparaiso University in Northeast Indiana is predicted to lose its first round game to Michigan St. in Young's bracket.
