(WHAS)-Louisville Slugger, the official bat of Major League Baseball, will honor members of the Jeffersonville/GRC Little League team.
The Jeff/GRC boy's baseball team won the Great Lakes Regional Championship and made it to Williamsport, Penn. for the 2008 Little League World Series.
On Sunday, September 7 at 2:30 there will be a commemorative bat presentation. Players and coaches from the team will receive special Louisville Slugger bats commemorating their achievements and personalized with their names.
Players and their families will also tour Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory and take their cuts in the Louisville Slugger batting cages.
