(WHAS11) -- A condor unwittingly stole the show over the weekend at a California hockey game.
The condor, known as Queen Victoria, got away from her wrangler and bounced around the rink and into the penalty box before eventually taking off down the players' tunnel.
Hockey players attempted to help trap the bird before she managed to get away.
All of the drama unfolded in front of a woman singing the national anthem who despite all of the commotion never skipped a beat.
