LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville man is facing charges after police said he and a juvenile lied to police when they were pulled over.
Michael Baisch, 29, is charged with unlawful transaction with a minor.
According to a police report, Baisch picked up a juvenile from a Prospect home and was stopped by police when he tried to leave. Officers said when questioned, the juvenile lied to them and Baisch allowed the juvenile to do so. Once pressed, police said the juvenile admitted to lying about her age and where she lived.
Police said the girl's parents were unaware she had left the house and unaware she was with Baisch, who is reported to be a former coach of the juvenile.
