LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police say a man got into a fight with a woman after she failed to bring him food from McDonald's.
Investigators say 51-year-old Vincent Carter choked the woman at a home near Bank Street and 35th Street. They say he could have caused her to die.
Carter is charged with wanton endangerment.
