JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (News release/WHAS11) -- A Michigan man wanted for robbery and attempted murder was located and arrested in Jeffersonville Friday.
Jeffersonville Police said detectives had the Hallmark Apartments on Paddle Wheel Drive under surveillance after a they received a tip and after positively identifying the suspect, they made the arrest.
Police said 21-year-old Brandon Dejuan Milton initially gave a false name, but finally admitted his identity and was arrested.
Milton was wanted out of Detroit on a warrant. He is accused of taking part of an armed robbery at a clothing store back in May.
Milton was taken to the Clark County Jail where he will be extradited back to Michigan to face charges.
