LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville woman is facing charges after police said she was taught two children how to get high and drunk.
Forty-five-year-old Ramona McCubbins was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful transactions with a minor.
According to the police report, McCubbins gave a beer to an 11-year-old girl and showed a 10-year-old boy how to huff. McCubbins is also accused of passing a lit marijuana cigarette to both children.
Police said she is the girlfriend of the children's father.
