LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville woman is facing four arson charges after police said she intentionally set several fires.
Elizabeth "China" Hancock, 28, was arrested at her apartment on Ormsby Street last week. According to the arrest report, Hancock set four separate fires in one of the vacant apartments in her building.
Police said even though the apartment was vacant, there were occupants in the six-unit building and her actions put other occupant in danger.
Hancock is charged with four counts of 1st degree arson.
