CARROLL COUNTY, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Claims filed in relation to the deadly 2012 school bus accident in Carroll County have been dismissed.
The Madison Courier is reporting a judge dismissed all the claims against school officials, except the bus driver, Laura Reed.
In late October, the bus went off Boone Road and crashed into a tree. Two three-year-old head start students were killed and several other children were also injured.
