LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville man is facing charges after police said he was found passed out inside a fast food restaurant after business hours.

According to a police report, two female employees of the Burger King on Will Way called police when the arrived at work Monday morning and found a man standing against a wall inside the restaurant.

Officers arrived at the business and said they found 35-year-old Kenneth A. Druin sitting against the wall. Officers said he appeared to be under the influence and was "mumbling incoherently." Police said Druin was unsteady, smelled of alcohol and had glassy, bloodshot eyes.

Druin is not an employee of the Burger King, police said, and they are not sure exactly why he broke in to the restaurant.

Druin was arrested and is facing three charges: Burglary, alcohol intoxication in a public place and disorderly conduct.
