LMPD: Man arrested for breaking into Iroquois High School

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Louisville man was arrested after police said he broke into Iroquois High School.

Michael Spencer, 24, was arrested early Saturday morning.

Officers had received a call of a break-in at the school and saw Spencer run away from campus on foot.  Police yelled for him to stop, but he refused. 

Officers caught up to him on Haskins Avenue and forced him to the ground.

Michael Spencer is charged with burglary, fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.
