JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- A Jeffersonville church is auctioning off sheet music that songwriter James Taylor donated to the church. The money will help pay for a pipe organ restoration.

St. Paul's Episcopal Church has been trying for three years to get their Victorian church back to it's original beauty, part of that restoration includes installing a pipe organ.

They will auction off an autographed piece of sheet music for the song "Fire and Rain" signed by James Taylor.

The original church was destroyed in the great flood of 1937 then a replacement was destroyed in a fire in 1981.

Members started referring to the church as the James Taylor church because they have seen fire and they have seen rain.
