LANESVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- Police in Harrison County, along with the Indiana State Police, are investigating after a chase lead officers to a meth lab and marijuana growing operation in Lanesville.

Indiana State Police said a local agency was engaged in a foot pursuit with two suspects when they were led directly to a growing operation where officers found more than 200 plants and a meth lab on the 3300 block of Crandall-Lanesville Road.

WHAS11's Karma Dickerson is at the scene and said 36-year-old William Berkley lives at the residence and was apparently stealing water from the water company after his was shut off.

Berkley was arrested and is charged with possession of marijuana over 39 grams, cultivating marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.

The second suspect, Damon Schnellenberger, is still at large.
